Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, for pre-order items, or for products described as made-to-order or special order. Any specific lead time shown on a product page takes priority over this general estimate.

Estimated delivery times

  • Australia: approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International: approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, remote destinations and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. We will provide updates where reasonably available.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details after dispatch. Some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel and may arrive separately.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact CARBON@12kgroup.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility. Customs delays are outside our control.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or damage, contact us at CARBON@12kgroup.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.
